WooCommerce 1-click connect + Shopify/WooCommerce order tracking is live

You can now connect WooCommerce to SetChat with a guided one-click flow directly from the WordPress plugin.

And if you run on Shopify, order tracking is supported there too.
The goal is simple: faster setup, clearer customer answers, and less repetitive support load.

What is new

WooCommerce one-click setup

From WordPress:

  1. Open Settings > SetChat
  2. Confirm your SetChat API key
  3. Click Connect WooCommerce in 1 click

The plugin handles the connection flow for the site linked to your API key.

Manual setup is still available

If your team prefers manual credentials:

  1. WordPress > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API
  2. Create a read-only API key
  3. Copy ck_ and cs_
  4. Paste them in SetChat > Settings > Commerce
